Medihab warranty
Unless product information or order documentation states a longer period, new products supplied by Medihab include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship from delivery.
This warranty is additional to your statutory consumer rights.
Batteries
Unless stated otherwise, batteries are covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects, subject to correct charging, storage and maintenance. Normal capacity deterioration is not a manufacturing defect.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear.
- Consumable or service items failing through normal use.
- Accidental damage, misuse or neglect.
- Damage caused by incorrect charging, storage, cleaning or maintenance.
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs.
- Routine servicing and adjustments.
Making a claim
Contact Medihab with your order number or proof of purchase, product details and a description of the problem.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this warranty limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
