Your 14-day cancellation right
For most products purchased online or by telephone, you may cancel within 14 days after the day the goods are delivered. Exceptions may apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
Returning unwanted goods
After cancelling, goods should normally be returned within 14 days. Unless goods are faulty or we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted goods.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
If goods arrive damaged, are incorrect or you believe they are faulty, contact Medihab as soon as reasonably possible. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
